FOSTER PARENT REPRESENTATION

We recognize the sacrifice foster parents make for their foster children, and we strive to be an ally in the juvenile deprived system. The laws and policies that govern foster parents are much different than other child custody law, and it is important you choose an attorney that has experience specifically representing foster parents. Even though foster parents have limited rights, in many situations a foster parent is still entitled to a hearing when DHS is attempting to move a child to a new placement.

We strongly believe that the best way for kids in foster care to grow up to be well-adjusted adults is to limit the number of placements they have as children. We fight for foster parents and the relationships they build with their foster children.
